At Kiki's Handmade Studio, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale to honor the unique artisanal process involved in their creation.

Package with Care
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our studio.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
